14 DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your boots! Eligible items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt and be returned in their original condition (will not accept damaged, altered, or worn) and must include all original packaging. Any returns made after 14 days, boots will be returned for store credit only.
Customized boots (MC Personalization, MC Design-Your-Own, MC Custom Concierge) are not eligible for return or exchange.
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

NEED TO EXCHANGE?
We will gladly offer exchanges for the same color/price on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
To request an exchange, use our Return Portal or please email info@mironcrosby.com with the size you need. Once the item has been received, we will send you the new item.
HOW DO I RETURN?
Footwear must include the original packaging and be returned in its original condition no later than 14 days. Please use our Return Portal to process a return or email us at info@mironcrosby.com and we will provide return instructions.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We kindly ask that you allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed.
CAN I RETURN MY CUSTOMIZED BOOTS?
We do not accept returns on customized, worn, or damaged boots. All customized boots are final sale.
